Homework:

·      Please send in one empty egg carton to school by Wednesday, March 18th.  We will use these for Resurrection Eggs to teach the Easter story. 

·      Practice “what number comes next” and counting backward from 20 in the car.

·      Work on writing last names and memorizing your address.

·      Some still need to learn an important phone number.

Skills:

·      Writing sentences

·      Reading short vowel words

*Number stories - addition and subtraction 

Reminders:

Friday, March 13th- dress down for $1 for the Salvation Army. Students may wear jeans.           

Friday, March 27th:   GRANDPARENTS’ DAY- 3K-2nd grade performance is at 9:00 in the Fine Arts Auditorium.  (Early Dismissal at 11:45)

March 27th –April 3rd:   SPRING BREAK

Wednesday, April 8th:  EASTER EGG HUNT

Thursday, April 9th:   Rain date for Easter Egg Hunt

Friday, April 10th: GOOD FRIDAY-No School

Friday,May 1st: ATLANTA ZOO TRIP Every child must have an adult with them on this field trip (8:30 – 3:00ish).   It is a sweet time with your kindergartener to make precious memories with their friends.
